What we do

Replace rotted fascia and soffit, repair patio beams and rafter tails, swap damaged trim, hang new exterior doors, and rebuild front entry surrounds. If it's wood and it's outside, we do it.

How rot starts in Arizona

Most rot in the valley starts behind a leaking gutter, under a failed flashing, or at the bottom of a door jamb after years of irrigation overspray. We don't just replace the wood. We fix the source first so the new lumber doesn't go the same way in two years.

Prep, prime, paint

All replacement lumber gets primed on every face and edge before installation. Once it's up, we caulk, fill, sand, and paint to match the existing exterior. The repair disappears.
