We started Patriot Home Improvement to put a real name and a real face back on home improvement in the Phoenix valley.
Why We Started
Built by Thomas Parks. Run like a family.
Patriot was started after watching too many neighbors get burned by out-of-state crews and high-pressure sales reps. The job would start strong, the deposit would clear, and somewhere around the second week the foreman would change, the price would creep, and the finished work wouldn't match the brochure.
We built Patriot Home Improvement on the opposite of that. One owner whose phone number is on the truck. The same crew on your house from day one to walk-through. A written quote that doesn't move. And a license number. AZ ROC 349835, that means something.
We're based in Chandler. We work the entire valley. And every house we touch gets the work we'd want done on our own home.

We walk it with you
Free in-person estimate. We measure, photograph, and walk every wall, eave, and roof line with you. You get a written, itemized quote, same day.

We do the work, clean
Same crew, start to finish. Drop cloths, clean lines, and a daily photo update so you never have to guess what happened on the job.

We sign off together
Final walk-through with you. We don't ask for the last payment until you're ready to give it. And if anything ever needs another look, we come back.
